The Customized Solution
Electric or pneumatic drives generate the defined motion sequences. Test travel, speed, angle, contact force, rotational speed, torque, and number of cycles are configured according to the application and monitored throughout the test. Interchangeable fixtures and clamping devices accommodate different specimen geometries, while multiple specimens can be tested in parallel under identical or deliberately varied conditions.
In addition to mechanical loading, further influences can be integrated into the test sequence — including the controlled application of water or other test media, exposure to sand, granulate, or abrasive substances, as well as controlled heating with simultaneous monitoring of temperature and humidity.
During testing, parameters such as forces, torques, displacements, speeds, temperatures, flow rates, and cycle counts are recorded. Measurement data and system states are stored continuously. Camera systems can also document visible material changes at defined intervals, allowing wear patterns to be compared throughout the test.
The systems are designed for long-term continuous operation. Transparent safety enclosures allow the test process to be observed, while monitored doors, safety switches, and emergency stop devices prevent access to moving parts. Media supply systems, collection containers, extraction systems, and filter technology are integrated according to the test substances used.

- Safety enclosure with monitored doors and emergency stop for continuous operation
- Optional: camera-based documentation of material changes, extraction, and filtration technology
Benefits for Development and Quality Assurance
Material variants can be compared directly under identical conditions, providing a reliable basis for material selection. Accelerated testing shortens evaluation cycles without compromising the comparability of the results.
Measurement data and image documentation are then available for evaluation, variant comparison, and test reports. Development teams can identify weaknesses at an earlier stage, while quality assurance gains a traceable data basis for approval decisions.
